Formation

Rez fervently and intentionally invites its parishioners with spiritual formation opportunities grounded in the word of God, led by the Spirit of God, and through the people of God.

Thursday midday prayer

We are a people committed to prayer. This summer, we're joining together each Thursday for Noonday Prayer. Set a reminder for 12:00 p.m. every Thursday and pause to pray for Rez for as long as you're able, wherever you are. A short liturgy is available HERE to guide your prayers.

TABLE GROUPS

Gathering around the Lord's Table each Sunday extends into our homes throughout the week, where Table Groups meet across the region for prayer, Scripture study, and fellowship. Table Groups follow a semester-based schedule.

Reading with The Rector

Reading is a formative process, so we join together to read good, beautiful books. This July and August we will read Willa Cather’s Death Comes for the Archbishop.

THE MARRIAGE COURSE

We desire to see marriages strengthened in both our church and the wider community. Each summer, we offer the Alpha Marriage Course—a date-night experience designed to help couples deepen their relationship and grow together.

Discovery classes

If you're new to Resurrection, our Discovery Class is the best place to learn about our Anglican tradition, the story of Rez, and our mission and vision for the future. We offer this class quarterly. Our next Discovery Class will be in August 2026.

Catechsim and Confirmation

Christians are called to grow in the knowledge and love of God. One of the ways we pursue that at Rez is through our Catechism & Theology Class, which begins again in Fall 2026. Those who complete the course are eligible to be confirmed in the Anglican Church.
